Please order at least 7 days before your appointment or occasion. Hair is sourced after you order; supplier delivery to us usually takes 3–5 working days, then your order is prepared and sent to you. Seven days is advance-order guidance, not a delivery guarantee. Contact us before ordering for a fixed date. Express delivery applies after dispatch and does not shorten sourcing or preparation. RETURNS & HYGIENE ＋

Eligible unused items may be returned in line with our returns policy. Hair must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, uncut and unaltered, with original ties, labels and packaging intact. Hygiene restrictions may apply once sealed hair products have been opened. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
