These Terms of Service apply when you use the Hair Addiction website or purchase products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

PRODUCTS

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Because hair is a physical product and some textures may have natural variation, small differences in texture, wave pattern, colour tone, density or appearance may occur. Screen settings can also affect how colours appear online.

ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where, for example, a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, there is an obvious pricing or product-information error, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, the relevant amount will be refunded.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices displayed on the website are in the currency shown at the time of purchase. Any applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout where available. You must provide valid payment information and be authorised to use the payment method selected.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Please see our Refund Policy for information about returns, cancellations, hygiene-sealed products and faulty goods. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

HAIR CARE AND USE

The lifespan and appearance of hair can be affected by installation, heat, colouring, chemical treatment, products, maintenance and general care. Follow the care guidance supplied with your order and seek professional advice before significant colouring, bleaching or chemical treatment.

WEBSITE USE

You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, Hair Addiction branding, website copy, graphics and original creative material are owned by or licensed to Hair Addiction and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.

LIABILITY

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation and any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses arising from misuse or alteration of a product.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place an order will generally apply to that order unless the law requires otherwise.

GOVERNING LAW

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, these terms are governed by the law applicable to your part of the UK, and you may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
