ORDER TIMING
Please order at least 7 days before your appointment, birthday, holiday or occasion, and earlier where possible. This is minimum advance-order guidance, not a promise of delivery within seven days. If you need your hair for a fixed date, contact us before ordering.
SOURCING, PREPARATION AND DELIVERY
Our hair is sourced after your order is placed. Supplier delivery to Hair Addiction usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on the shipping company. This is not the delivery time to your address. We then prepare your order for onward dispatch, and the selected delivery service applies after dispatch.
Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. Sourcing, preparation and carrier delivery can take longer during busy periods. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless we expressly agree a guaranteed service with you.
DELIVERY CHARGES
- UK Standard: £4.99 on qualifying orders below £150.
- Free UK Standard: available on qualifying orders of £150 or more after discounts.
- UK Express: £6.99 where offered. Express is the onward delivery service after dispatch and does not shorten sourcing or preparation.
- EU Standard: £14.99 where offered.
- Other supported international destinations: £23.99 where offered.
The options, charges and any delivery estimates available for your address are shown at checkout. International availability depends on your destination; please check checkout rather than assuming every country is supported.
ORDER DETAILS
Please check your delivery address and contact information carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
TRACKING
Where tracking is available, details will be sent using the contact information provided with your order. Please allow the carrier’s tracking system time to update after dispatch.
DELAYS
If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will help you review the available tracking or delivery information. Our recommendation to order in advance is intended to reduce the risk of last-minute disappointment and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Where international delivery is offered, customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply depending on the destination. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
