We want you to love your Hair Addiction order. This policy explains our approach to cancellations, returns and faulty items. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
CHANGING YOUR MIND
If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you may have a statutory right to cancel eligible purchases within 14 days after delivery. Please contact us within the applicable cancellation period if you wish to return an eligible item.
For a change-of-mind return, hair should be unused, unworn, unwashed, uncut, uncoloured, uncombed, unbrushed, uninstalled and otherwise unaltered, with its original ties, labels and packaging intact.
HYGIENE-SEALED PRODUCTS
Where an item is supplied in sealed packaging for genuine health or hygiene protection, the statutory right to cancel may cease once that seal has been broken, where the legal hygiene exception applies. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you believe your order is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order details and, where helpful, photographs. Your legal rights in relation to faulty goods are not affected by this policy.
RETURN POSTAGE
For eligible change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage unless we tell you otherwise. If we have supplied a faulty or incorrect item, we will handle reasonable return arrangements in accordance with your legal rights.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and checked. Where the law requires it following a valid cancellation, we will also refund the applicable standard outbound delivery charge. Additional cost for an upgraded delivery service may not be refundable beyond the standard delivery amount.
BEFORE YOU RETURN
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions. Do not send returns to an address that has not been confirmed by Hair Addiction.
